Stamatis Xenakis – Managing Director
Born in Athens , Stamatis Xenakis is Managing Director of Creta invest and a full-time estate agent and consultant since 1994. Mr. Xenakis is recipient of the Certified International Property Specialist degree (C.I.P.S.), and is established as one of the most well-known and respected estate agents in the local market. He is the Substitute General Secretary of Hellenic Association of Realtors (H.A.R.) and a founding member of Property Greece Ltd.

Irini Tsigou – Secretary
Born in Heraklion, Irini is not only a qualified Beautician with many years of experience dealing with customers of all nationalities; she has completed a six year course in English and a six month computer course. A resident of Aghios Nikolaos for thirty years, her local knowledge, fluency in English and her customer skills make her a valuable member of our team. She has a multitude of tasks including initial customer contact, and general assistant to the Managing Director.
