The property market in Crete has improved tremendously in recent years and appears set to continue, but determining the current market price can be quite difficult.
The value of a property or plot of land depends on the location, the size, the attributes, the condition and the market trend, particularly in the local area and particularly with other development and proposed improvements in that area.
At Creta Invest as well as being familiar with all the idiosyncrasies of Eastern Crete, we keep ourselves up to date with all matters relating to property and land values. We have an enormous data base of property currently for sale, property that has already been sold and a large portfolio of customers looking to purchase property. Furthermore, via our close association with fellow members of our Professional Bodies we have access to a wealth of knowledge relating to property values all over Crete, other islands and mainland Greece. Armed with this information, and using all our resources, Creta Invest will provide, you the customer, with a valuation accurately reflecting the current market position. Should the market change we will also advise you to adjust the price accordingly.
To achieve an accurate valuation, we will need to :
1/  Talk to you about the property, its age, history and any matters relating to it.
2/  You will need to provide us with all relevant paperwork i.e. title deeds, land survey, building license and floor plans if applicable.
3/  We will need to inspect the property. We are normally able to arrange a viewing appointment within three working days of your initial contact.
